MS publishes most of its recent evaluation reports, strategy papers and policy documents on this homepage. Most Significant Changes discussion group

An e group formed under Google. Participants are practitioners and researchers interested in sharing experiences on the Most Significant Changes techniques. Much material is stored in the archives of this group. You need to sign up to get access.
The group existed for many years under the Yahoo portal. By September 2020 it was moved to Google. Please consult the Google support on how to join.
